Orders will be dispatched within 5 working days on confirmed receipt of payment. The candles are made to order and this can lead to delays during busy periods, if you have any concerns about your delivery date please tell us and we will do what we can to assist you. Should you be dissatisfied with any of our products please inform us by telephone or email, if a refund is required then the goods must be returned in good condition.

We cannot take responsibility for orders once they have been handed over to a carrier. Please ensure that the contact and delivery information is accurate. Errors may increase delivery time or even prevent delivery. No refunds will be given for orders not delivered if the contact and delivery information are inaccurate.

Please select the correct delivery method and ensure that you pay the correct postage for the country to which you want the items delivered.

We accept returns sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer complete refunds or replacement were necessary. If you have a problem with the item that we send to you please inform us immediately and we will deal with the problem.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. In the event of a conflict, your statutory rights will take precedence.
